Stefano Roca

Founder & Principal

Stefano Roca is the Founder and Principal of RE-Value. A Cornell-trained hospitality real estate professional, he brings a data-driven approach to feasibility, underwriting, and financial modeling across more than $1 billion in hotel and commercial real estate transactions. He currently serves as Vice President of Investments at Reveille Hospitality and Vice President of Hospitality Investment Sales at Lee & Associates South Florida, and delivers hotel feasibility studies as an affiliate of Horwath HTL. Earlier in his career, he held investment roles at TMGOC Ventures and Sterling Organization. He holds a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, completed in three years with a 4.0 GPA.
