Across our careers, we’ve analyzed billions of dollars of hotel and commercial real estate — as principals and as advisors — from feasibility and acquisitions to development and repositioning.
Our deliverables are built to be used, not shelved. A feasibility study should help a lender say yes; an underwriting model should survive an investment-committee challenge; an asset-management review should surface a concrete path to higher NOI. If our analysis doesn’t move a decision forward, we haven’t finished the job.
